Our service to you includes:

• taking professional quality photographs of your property;

• advertising and marketing your property through our channels including Zoopla platform;

• preparing property particulars;

• carrying out viewings with suitable prospects;

• keeping you regularly updated throughout the process;

• helping you to identify and resolve any gaps before you're able to lawfully let the property e.g. EPC; and

• preparing the lettings paperwork with the successful prospect before handing over to you.

The cost for this service is £200 unless used in conjunction with our individual management service in which case the costs reduces to £100.
